This is a merge of RevolutionDCM version 0.6 with Revolution Inquisition 1.0.
It has not been incorporated into RevolutionDCM proper as a supported version because at this stage there is no way to turn Inquisitions off if you don't like it, or if it turns out to be too unbalanced.
It might be incorporated in RevolutionDCM proper at a later stage:
