Amends the Production Chooser when selecting to repair an building, or an improvement with one possible repair option, so that you don't need to go into the layer selection screen to select a tile.
Currently bugged where if there is only one option for tiles to place any non-existing constructible it will just do it. Cannot upload the fixed version for some reason, as not yet approved.

NOTE: This mod has been deprecated as its content has been folded into bz's Town Hall mod. I'll leave it up incase anyone is allergic to that mod, but I dont intend to provide future updates.
