Not being able to build nukes is an awful thing when this policy offers a bit niche bonuses
This is now a significant gold boost for a player still having a reasonable army (use case for the Peacekeeper)
With Authority you pay no Unit Costs at all!
Conservationists change: +1 Culture changed to +1 Faith
There is too much T1 Culture and not enough T1 Religion
This Promotion is partially Religious and it fits the theme of the tenet

Fixed the override folder having the wrong filenames (from previous rushed bugfix update)
The Seed Bank and the Svalbard Global Seed Vault weren't playing nice with each other. Thanks to shawnyboy for finding the bug.

Also in this version the Volkeshall is a real Wonder (extra score!)
Removed the three overt Diplomacy tenets from Autocracy
-- 25% CS yields in Iron Fist replaced by +20% Production to Wonders
-- United Front is replaced by Direct Action: 20 flat supply, 75 Prod/Culture/Tourism when identifying Spies
-- Co-prosperity Sphere is replaced by World Capital
: +3 GAP, GGP, GAdP for every World Wonder
: 5 Turns off the Game Timer for every Wonder at time of Adopting (to minimum of 375)
maybe add contruction bonus as well later but not sure atm if necessary/healthy (delay wonders?)
