[Warlords] Dead Civ Scoreboard Mod v0.3w 2016-10-05

This mod fixes the bug where you can still see the options to talk or start a
war with dead civilizations through the scoreboard. It also provides the
options to grey out or hide dead civilization in the scoreboard.

Installation Instructions:

1) Unzip this into the "warlords_install_folder\Mods\" folder.
2) Open the CivilizationIV.ini configuration file
3) Change the Mod line to read: Mod = Mods\Dead Civ Scoreboard Mod
4) Load the game.
5) Then play as normal.

If you want to use the GP Trickle Mod in your mod I have tried to make things
as easy as possible for you. In the Python files I have added #< Dead Civ
Scoreboard Mod Start > and #< Dead Civ Scoreboard Mod End > in all of the
places that I have made changes to the original files.

All I ask is that you give me credit.
