Given this was one of the things worked on in the latest patch I find it interesting that the AI is worse on this in my game:
1) Vicki asked me to remove my troops from her border not long after I had accepted an open borders agreement she offered.
2) Kongo sued for peace in a war with me, and the very same turn demanded that I move my troops from his borders before I had a chance to move them.
