The old bug is back (or it never left?), it still causes locked games that cannot progress unless reloading from an autosave. I went ahead and created a save game where all the user needs to do is tell the missionary units to path to Poland's cities.
Instructions: Select the missionary units and tell them to path left to any of Poland's cities. Three units should be enough to cause a game logic lock on the starting turn.
As you can see with the in-game demo, the autopathing erroneously assigns units more movement charges than they can actually use so they get stuck on top of one another. Looks like an error in how autopathing calculates movement.
