[GS] [1.0.0.290] Ice Blocking Navigation Around Contients (w/ Option Checked to Make Passable)

As the title says - in each of my continents GS games I have had the option on the advanced setup screen to ensure you can navigate around the continents w/o having ice block you and yet I am met with the setup you can see in the attached screen shot.

The devs intentionally changed it so continents are blocked to make ice melting open up new passages.

Which is stupid. It should always be possible to circumnavigate the world on at least one side of each continent. Having the other side blocked by ice to be cleared later is good though.

Yeah, it almost feels like the option to make it passable should disable this new "feature", so either it should be removed or reworded as a map script option.
