[1.0.0.290] Minor bugs/issues Drones and Eureka

First one is pretty straightforward. I don't think Drones with their +5 bombard works. I have several artillery pieces with a Drone associated to them and while they get the +1 range, they don't get the the +5 bombard strength.

Also some unique quirks I found was that if you have a Drone in an escort formation with the unit, while it still doesn't gain the +5 bombard it'll now have all it's movement points consumed when that piece fires. Little strange behavior which would lead me to unescort in order for the drone to be free to move after it fired.

Also... This would have literally been the first time I manage to complete the Eureka for Guidance Systems in what I think is "intended" way, but if you kill a fighter from sending it to attack a city that has a fighter defending it, it doesn't seem to count?

The save file I'm including, around the city of Heidelberg you'll find 2 of my fighters and an English Fighter in Zanzibar. If you kill the fighter by attacking the city twice with my fighters, you don't get the Eureka for Guidance Systems.

Also in that same save, you can see that the Artillery doesn't get +5 bombard from the Drones supporting it.

Can't speak to the others, but what you describe in the quoted material above is consistent with all escorted units, not just drones.
