[GS] [1.0.0.317] Coastal flooding changes adjacent district orientation

In this image, there used to be a tile between the bridge and the canal. The bridge used to be horizontal instead of diagonal and the canal used to be straight.
When the tile flooded, the bridge changed orientation and the canal changed.
I think that this isn't supposed to happen, bridges don't rotate 60° just because the sea level rises.
