[GS] 1.0.0.317 Game crashes launching earth satellite

Game crashes launching earth satellite after 3-4 natural wonders are discovered. Defect can be repro'd, but from my game it'll take four turn in Calcutta to build SpacePort and then use great scientist to accelerate the launch..

It was suggested on another thread (in Technical Support) this was due to map stability issues in GS. However, that still makes it a bug.
