[1.0.0.328] Number errors of bonus resources in reports

The bug I'm posting is the number of copper and deer in the bonuses part of the report. You can see it in the bottom right part of the panel. Seems pretty close to 2^16, so probably a number casting issue of some sort

Problem persists when I load your save, so certainly a bug.

This bug has become worse, it was popping up in a few "modded" games. I had thought it was a mod, now I see it has now become much worse. Firaxis must know about this, I am sure they will patch this simple issue.
