I have been playing multiplayer with my three friends. After the latest patch there were only minor problems like crashes once in a while.
Today we tried to play for two (2) hours. List of problems why we couldn't play:
1. Player A cannot see the server list (had to invite)
2. Player A cannot host a game (Error in multiplay)
3. Host cannot see who is ready.
4. Host cannot press the launch game when everyone is ready.
5. Host cannot see everyone in the game.
6. Player B cannot load the game: Turn 1 cannot be played untill player B forcequits and AI replaces the player.
7. Player C 'press ready' function doesn't work, can't start the game.
This is crap.
