AIs often charge almost nothing, when you ask them for a one-sided access to their territory. While this might be accpetable immersionwise if they are friends, it does feel greatly off, if an AI at "unfriendly" relations with me does that (especially because at angry such a deal isn't ossible at all):
On the contrary, she would pay me 24 Gold for getting access to my territory. After already declaring surprise wars on her twice in that game I would like to see here charging at a lot more for getting access to her territory - or only accepting a both-sided open border treaty.
