[1.0.1] Unable to build wonders in Exploration or Modern age

Started as Hatshepsut - Egypt and built 8 wonders just fine in the Ancient age. Despite having valid locations I was only able to build a single wonder in the Exploration age as Inca (Machu Pikchu) and now in Modern age as Mexico I can't build wonders I should be able to build. Every single wonder that is unlocked says no suitable locations available.

As the screenshot shows, I'm mousing over a plains tile, but can't build Sanchi Stupa which requires plains.

I’m betting it’s just a UI bug and you simply aren’t supposed to build ancient age wonders in modern age
