[GS] [1.0.7.9]Tribal village doesn't give reward if moving onto it causes you to meet another civ

Please see attached save. Builder moves from coast tile onto land tile with tribal village. Moving to this tile reveals Korean scout, meeting Korea for the first time. After dialogue box closes, no tribal village bonus or era score is applied.

Edit: reward was given (recon unit) but era score was not applied.
