[1.1.0] Ada Lovelace's memento Note G is bugged

The memento is applying the bonus production to your capital from the previous age. It also triggers on tech masteries and civics in addition to techs and civics masteries.

Edit: I think it may be contributing more than 15% of the cost as production as well. Getting wonders in 1 turn with overflow in Modern Age.

Just updating this. The old bug may or may not have been fixed, but a new bug has been introduced in the latest patch where Note G now dies nothing at all.
