1.66 Wierd thing going on with gold

Played 2 games on the latest Civ 5 patch.... Had 340 + 15 per turn. Did not buy anything.... next turn was down to 114 +8...

Today had 52 gold +4, then suddenly dropped to 18 +3.......

Did not purchase anything either time..... this bug may be back....

Something that may be causing it, is the game is incorrectly calculating the costs of military units. I have 5 cities, (1 foreign legion each), 3 artillery. It says I have 15 units, and 5 missile units.

How do you get the lau file?
