#483: Helicopters that have supply crates can drop in from the top of the map and not be attacked and they always have the vehicle you want for a price

#484: You can cancel "construction" of a vehicle just as the helicopter has landed and the vehicle rolls out and is almost ready to be selected and the vehicle and the helicopter will disappear and you get the money back
