Patch 1.0.0.56, sorry for not posting it in title. I was playing as Germany and I was first in science among all nations I already met. Suddenly Kongo appears out of fog and I get a message that he entered information age. I look at science graph and he is at the last techs before future techs. Absurdly more advanced then anyone else. It doesn't seam plausible that he is so far ahead then anyone else. He did have Stockholm suzerain status so that might have helped, but still seams too much on Emperor.
