132 - Cannot open city state screen

Hi
I can't open the city state screen in the recently released version 132. Nothing happens when I click on the city state's name on the map or in the diplomacy window. I started several games, always the same behaviour. I cleared the cache and ModUserData. VEM is the only mod installed, and I removed the old version before installing it. Is this only affecting me?

I'm having this problem, too. I think there's a bug with all diplomacy; I opened the diplo button and I only see myself, not any of the civ's or CS's I've encountered

Atm trying to find out with file is corrupted - causes the problem.

Yup, having that problem too. I'm also using City-State Diplomacy Mod, but I shouldn't worry about that then?

Also, not all leaders (or city states) show up on the diplomacy drop down list (upper right hand corner).

Please post back if this problem persists after the v133 hotfixes.
