[133.4] Labels instead of text displayed in hover info

As you can see in the image below, labels are being displayed instead of text in the hover window.

Terrain dosnt have mouse over decryption.
All i can see is "TXT_KEY_CSB_PLOT... bla bla bla "

Drat, I found the problem. Thanks for reporting this! I'll fix it right away.

I accidentally deleted some of the text files when moving stuff around, restored the files, but I forgot ModBuddy now also wipes out the entries in the project file when files are deleted. I didn't notice it when I started a game because the text was stored in the Cache folder, so it still showed up for me.

I have the same problem in 134. Clicking "No Basic Tooltip Help" makes it show yields again, but it is still buggy for "TXT_KEY_HOVERINFO_EXPERIENCE" and if you press "alt" for more information it only show the label.

I'm getting TXT_KEY_CSB_... for all my float over tile information as well.
This was happening in both 133 and 134, but not 131.
