It would be nice if you actually credited the original map creator (me) in your post.
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and say you just made a mistake - but even then it's just common courtesy man.
Some things you could change with the scenario:
1. In 1470, Spain owned the southern bit of Italy, the city of Rome was an independent city state (probably best represented by having just Rome on it's own), and the rest of Italy was divided up between little city states like Venice, Florence, Genoa, Milan, etc.
2. In 1470, Germany was essentially a hegemony of small states that (sort-of) made up the Holy Roman Empire. It later fractured completely into many little kingdoms during the 1500's-1600's and it gets complicated - but it's probably most accurate to call Germany the Holy Roman Empire.
3. In 1470 (and for a while afterwards) both Scotland and Ireland were independent of English rule. Ireland was actually a very-loosely knit collection of clans etc but it's probably best to stick Dublin as owner of Ireland with outdated and few units.
4. Come on dude, you need Spain and Inca - it's like $8 just skip lunch one day and buy them.
5. The Arab cities could probably stand to be renamed, and it would be most accurate for the time period we're talking about to have the Ottomans there rather than Arabs.
6. The Songhai are in the wrong place, if you look them up on Wikipedia you'll see where there empire was.
7. There's no rivers dude, WTH? I mean, sure when I created the map I didn't put any rivers in, but you could have added them.
