I haven't denounced Monty, and when he denounced me, instead of any dialogue, this happened:

The instant golden age tooltip on the Satrap's Court is also nonexistant, coming up as TXT_KEY_INSTANT_HAPPINESS (Or something along those lines - sorry, can't remember exactly and don't have the game up.)

I don't know what causes this. It's showing the "TXT_KEY_DENOUNCED_BOTH" text, but that text is created by VEM, and only used on the Trade Opportunities screen to set a tooltip. It doesn't seem possible for it to show up anywhere else.

The only explanation I can think of is some vanilla bug with user interface caching...

Yeah, been seeing it too. I ignore denunciations and never denounce anyone since I can't see the value to it...probably missing some subtle bit here. Anyway, its happening on my games too.
