[154] Improving CS resources with Moais and Terrace Farms

In the first image you can see Kathmandu is allied with me and has its gems improved. When I went to the diplomacy screen I noticed that the option "Improve Resources" was active so I clicked on it. The result was the second screenshot: gems are now improved with a Moai!. The option remains active so I clicked it again to see what happens and now (third screenshot): gems are improved with a Terrace Farm. The "Improve Resources" option remains active always and allows cycling between Moai and Terrace Farm to improve the gems.
