Thanks in no small part to the generous funding from our Greek friends to the south, we have been able to position ourselves as tech leaders in the world. Furthermore, thanks to our lucrative cash flow situation, we are able to ensure that our military is equipped with the most state-of-the-art technology at all times.

To maintain our cash flow, we may have to sell some of our technological advances to our neighbors (particularly Greece). The risk, of course, is the sharing of knowledge that could potentially be exploited by our enemies to delay, or possibly even prevent us from victory.

Should we classify certain technologies and deny all (or some) nations access to that information? If so, which ones?

There is a list of all remaining techs in the Science Department main office. All citizens are encouraged to participate.

Also, (in reference to my old days in the Foreign Affairs office ;)), I refer everyone back to the Spotlight Discussions on our remaining neighbors. Perhaps we need to readdress this to determine which nations are on the "Never sell to" list....
