I know it's not an in-game suggestion, but there were 2 achievements that could have been introduced in Grand Colombian/Mayan pack. They are perfect because of Teddy Roosevelt and Columbia.
The first is called Missed That Day in History Class 2 (or something to that effect) and to get it should be "Build the Panama Canal with an American Ironclad in a water tile owned by the city that built the Panama Canal."
The second would be much harder to get, and it would be called "Finally Learned Something from Civilization 6" (again, or something to that effect). To get would be "As Teddy Roosevelt, cause a loyalty revolt in Panama, convert it to an American city while having an Ironclad in a water tile of Panama, and then build the Panama Canal in Panama." I do not know if it's possible, but the ship should have the name USS Nashville.
