First of all I was playing a version with things like East and West balkans, not playable Sweden and Iberia and then a little later, I can play as Iberia, Canada, Hungary and all the other new ones. Why can I now play as these?I didn't update anything.

second of all, why is Newfoundland shaped like a sideways tear drop?

Unsure ... according to most v3.19 updated only the savegame issue. v3.17 updated a lot more.

I am considering making Newfoundland British in my version. I may also look at it's map.

makind Newfoundland British would be better and more historical.
