2 steam accounts, 2 computers, 1 internet connection

Hi,

I want to play multiplayer with my other half on two computers in the same house (sharing the same internet connection).

I'm not networking them together in a LAN, but I was thinking that if I have one steam account on the PC, another steam account on the MAC and if both accounts have CIV BNW - will it easily allow us to have a simultaneous turns multiplayer game?

My only worry would be Mac to PC compatibility, there's nothing wrong with that network setup.

I don't think there's any problem playing MP across operating systems like this, but I have no experience with Civ on a Mac.

If you're both on the same network (if you're sharing the same internet you should be on the same network) then you should be able to play via LAN although i'm not 100% positive on this.
