1)What do you think is the best way to make them your ally?so far the only decent way i have found is when they ask you to get rid of a barbs camp.

One city state said they wanted me to build a road to connect my capital city with their city, but i have a problem: my worker cant enter in their territory,so i cant build the final part of the road -______-

2)Im still pretty unexperienced at this game, but so far the only useful city states i have found are the cultural ones, because the others give crappy bonus.Am i missing something here?

The maritime city states give food which is huge. They are by far the best city states. A key strategy for me is to ally with all the maritime city states on the map.

I buy their influence with gold.
If you cant get the last road, maybe buy them to friendly status and finish it.

Military city-states gift you free units from time to time. Speaking of the devil, I just got an anti-air gun from them :P

Maritime trait city-states give your capital +2 food and +1 food on ALL other your cities. I got currently 3 mairtime city-states as allies. That's huge bonus to my city growth. Well yeah it's cool, my cities get lots of citizens, but I'm suffering in happyness crisis lol. Two sided blade.

When seeking a good City state to become allied with certain elements have to be taken into consideration.

1st: their "trait" . I'd say maritime and cultural are the best
2nd: Their resources always try to be allied with CS's who have resources you don't have
3rd: In war time being allied with a city state bordering your enemy can provide you a big Military help. Not only will the CS send his troops on the enemy but your enemy will divert units to attack the CS weakening his defences on your side (this only matters against an AI because you can't know how a Player would react)

The best way to get influence with city states is by liberating them. Puts you around 200 influence.

I build a road through city-state territory. I was allied with them first, though.

All the city states bonuses are good, especially maritime, and militaristic is good when the city state is near a civilization you want to war with. Cultural ... I just don't care about that much, tbh, but I'm sure they're just as good.

I like to find a maritime early and do their mission of "conquer rival city state". If I play my cards right, I have an annexed city with a new luxury resource, and a new luxury resource from my new ally. It's not too expensive to maintain ally with 1 city state, and the bonus food pretty much pays for itself when I can put trading posts on a few tiles I otherwise would have had to farm.
