1. I think there was something like this in a past CIV. When you are so powerful you can easily defeat another civ, I want the option to just have then give up and become a vassel, and count towards a victory.
2. When another civ attacks one of your citystates, you get the option, not to just declare war, have an option, to where you can tell them to stop it, and if they do not, then you go to war.
