Hi guys,
I had a problem with Civ 5 yesterday and would very much appreciate any help!
My friend was over yesterday and we wanted to play a Multiplayer game of Civ 5. We wanted to play together as Team 1 against a bunch of AI which would play as team 2, team 3, team 4 and so on.
Now the game creation worked. However, when we were in the game, it seemed as if the map was not synchronized or something, I dont know how else I could describe the problem. We were in the same game und could see the each other. However, the map was not the same. For example, on my screen my settler and warrior were standing on desert right next to coast. On his screen, my settler (which he could see because we were playing as a team) was standing in a completely different environment, for example on plains and not even near coast. If I or he moved units, it showed on the other screen, but the map was still not the same. So for example, if I used my settler to create a city, it would show on his screen, but the city's environment was totally different on both screens.
We tried to create a game both on Local Lan and Internet.
Any help would be much appreciated!
thanks in advance,
thirach
