Anyone watching this? The tournament just started.

As a Canadian I will of course be supporting our six Canucks at this year's edition.

That scottish person was unwatchable, with all his moaning at each hit :S
Not that I am a fan of tennis in the first place. I wonder if Tsitsipas will ever win a tournament after the rather terrible way he lost the previous final.

I like Tsitsifly, he reminds me of the great Bjorn Borg, although considerably taller. Someone needs to be the heir to the Big 3... might as well be him What I really didn't like about that Scottish guy was the insufferable British press coverage of him... especially when they tried to insert him as part of the Big 3 even though Wawrinka was just as successful but they would make no mention of him in that category.

What a wonderful evening of tennis. Amazing matches and some incredible upsets.

Seems that Tsi hasn't recovered from his shocking title loss to Djokovic.

Well, he shouldn't feel so bad because the guy he lost to is being touted as the next Nadal by the Spanish press. Alcaraz is definitely the real deal and I see many majors in his future. I was really amazed by how well our Leylah Fernandez played against Osaka... Naomi was so crushed she actually retired from tennis, albeit not necessarily for good.

So, we have two teens in the Semis for the women playing tonight... both born in Canada! One is playing for the Brits now though. They are both going against muscle bound power hitters who scream like banshees every time they hit the ball so they will make easy villains... I'm sure the crowd will be behind the youngsters. GO CANADA!!!!
