Hello!
So I'll be straight with you, I'm posting this here in the hopes that loads of you watch it and my boss thinks I'm better at my job. But! It's also a really great interview, I think. Sid Meier is an incredible designer (obviously), but hearing how and why each Civ game has needed a different lead designer is especially interesting.
It's about 20 minutes long - I know, I'm sorry - but there's loads of ground to cover.
