The guy looks very Arabian <- I'd like to apologize for that, I got too excited to being the first to let everybody know, He looks like he is from Morocco, not Arabian... just Northern African looking guy, Morocco for sure in my opinion.

I'm going with Morocco. I've been looking at pictures to see if I can figure out who. It seems apparent that Moroccan rulers didn't get their portraits taken because most are blank slates.

My hope is a female leader: Zaynab. This is a completely non-historical picture of her. But, with the cloak, it could be anyone.

ETA: How is anyone getting a beard out of that?
