I'm out, after a pretty darn thorough search of most of the works I have on WW2 armour, there's damn all that combines that track style with a similar turret.

Well; I checked my source again; it was british made; but for the export. And the production stopped around 1935. So in fact it is a pre-WW 2 tank; used in WW 2.

Hint: The man in the picture is the head of state of that nation at the time. His title is hereditary and a member of his family is now (2005) head of state of the nation.
