3.03 and vista doesn't retain settings

Since installing the 3.03 patch on my system when I change my custom game settings they always revert back to what they were the last time a ran the game as an administrator.

i.e. If I used smartmap and set the settings to Pangea as administrator, then started the game normally and set the map to continents. The next time I started a custom game it would be as an administrator.

If I understand it properly you run the game with administrator privileges change the settings, then run the game as normal user change the settings as well, the run the game again and you don't see the changes made by the normal user.

Well that's no bug. The settings files have been created with admin privileges and cannot be changed by a normal user. Delete your Civ cache and run the game as normal user (you are admin just not fully), it never requires special admin rights - UAC Prompt (in Vista)
