I've heard rumors that the 3.13 Aggressive AI was extremely passive. Can anyone confirm/deny this, preferably someone who's looked through the game files and checked for AI behavior changes?

Based on my game, I'm not sure. I have random personalities on, so it's possible that I simply don't have any warlike civs near me. However, I've never had a war yet and the area is pretty congested. On the other hand, Joao is going after Ramesees pretty regularly.

No difference for me. Gilgamesh still declared on me even when sharing religion and no diplo penalties. So he at least is still the same annoying idiot :p

Awesome. I'd still like some confirmation, but that eases my fears greatly. Guess I just spawned next to a bunch of Gandhis.

Well, I did manage to irritate Gandhi enough so that he declared war on me, and I definitely noticed Shaka building a very large force very early (not to use against me, fortunately), so my impression is that the AI is being a bit more aggressive.

I had normal AI and when I had a collpased arranged marriage Hammurabi declared war on me something fierce. He must have paid the groom to jilt the bride for an excuse to war because he had like 9 SODs waiting for me.

Napoleon has been a real warmonger in my first game, with other civs not hesitating to backstab him while he's busy with me. Only problem, the dormant AI stacks setting up camp during the war is BACK and not fixed.
