First and for all hello everyone, this is my first post 
Unfortunately it´s about a bug which has been introduced by the 3.13 Patch. I think this bug is related to the missing culture tooltip on buildings, but as I´m not sure I thought I´d start an extra threat.
The problem is the following:
When you choose to settle a great person into a city the tooltip of this action shows what kind of bonus is provided per turn. Since the patch 3.13 the tooltip does not show the additional Beakers which you gain by running representation. Also the culture bonus that is granted by building the sistine chapel is missing in the tooltip. If you look at the city screen the bonuses are there, it´s just the Tooltip that display the wrong values.
I know, this is not a big problem, but perhaps Bhruic could fix this like he did with the culture Tooltips (btw. it´s great what you do for us Bhruic).

Edit: I´m adding a save file which should make the problem easier to describe. In this save there is a Great Scientist in Cuzco. The "Settle this person" Tooltip shows the basic stats (1 Hammer and 6 Beakers). Since I´m running Representation and built the sistine chapel there are 3 Beakers and 2 Culture missing. In the city screen you can see some settled great people which get the Beaker and Culture Bonus.
