3.13 Marathon Monuments

So... do Monuments do anything?

They sure don't look like it. Terraces don't give any culture either.
This is on a marathon game.

Known bug for just Marathon or always or with other settings like Always peace/no barbs or huge maps or fantasy_realm or all torodial maps or just at random times? w/e ill dl patch.

its a known bug with all popups/mouseovers - they don't show culture from any buildings at all, I think it was one of the first bugfixes by Bhruic
