The bonus espionage doesn't appear in the city screen popup when you hover over a build button. For example with the intelligence agency it shows +50% but the +8 is missing.

Also, please bring back the "glance" screen in foreign advisor! It wasn't that ugly and I used it all the time. Who wanted that removed?
