3.19 Installer crashing

Whenever I attempt to install the 3.19 patch it crashes when I click "install". How can I install this patch correctly? I'm on vista 64 bit and have both expansion packs and if it matters, my game is installed on my D:\ drive.

I also report the same. I have Civilization 4 Complete on a Windows XP Pro SP2 32-bit build.

on Vista: try right clicking on the patch and choose run as administrator - does it still crash?
both: when it crashes is there an error message logged in the Windows Event Manager?

I have tried running it as administer, using windows update, updating windows installer, re registering windows installer, and also running it in different compatibility modes. No events have been logged related to this issue.

I had the old Civ IV and Warlords still installed, after I uninstalled them the patch works now. I guess it might have been a registry thing. Anyways it is fixed now. I hope yours can be resolved.

Tried this and now it just says it isn't installed correctly :/. Time to reinstall.

Yes, I am having the same problem. I finished patching, and now when I try to use the exe, it lets me get to the point where I hit the install button, and then instead of installing it simply closes with nothing installing :/
