3.4 Issues with promotions?

Scouts lose ITC on upgrade (intended?)
Chariot Archers was offered Shock/Drill on level up, but then Drill was converted to barrage. selected Drill a second time, and instead of getting converted to Barrage II the promotion just disappeared.

Thank you, the chariot archer bug should be solved in v3.4.1.

Spears can get a movement bonus through the Recon line of promotions. I found the ITC effect makes terrain too unimportant past the early game.
