3 quick modding questions

These are random modding questions:

1) How do I get Shaka's fur wreath to appear? It never has in game.

2) Does anyone have a Bazaar building, African market?

3) How does one change the view in the civpedia, specifically when I'm looking at buildings in Civpedia that I've made or downloaded, some of them you're too close to tell what it is?

3) Art Defines_Building.xml file... change either the fscale (actual in-game scale) or just the interface scale (civilopedia).

You can zoom in and out in the pedia viewport by holding middle mouse and draging. And you can rotate the viewport by holding a mouse button and draging (Need to click in the viewport, hold button and drag left or right).

It does only work when your grafics are set to "High" tho.

I think we both answered question 3 correctly in completely different ways.
