Before launch I started the speculation thread for this. Now, it's time to see what the achievements actually are. Since they're all hidden, we'll have to discover them. So far I've gotten 2 of them.

Drama Queen - Join or be the target of 3 emergencies.
Subject Matter Expert - Have a governor with every promotion.

Edit: I was going to update the OP with what everyone found so far, but when I checked my list to get the new ones I completed, I saw that none of them are hidden anymore. So now this thread isn't even needed anymore.

I can see the titles and icons for the new achievements, but not the conditions.

If anyone figure out if there's an achievement for the Cree aside from wining as the Cree, I want to know what it's. Depending on what it is I might try to get it.

I’m going to guess it’s to maximize all types of alliances. It’s called “Adamantine Confederacy”, and has the alliance symbol.

Speculating as other civ-unique achievements based on titles and icons:

Georgia - “Holy Righteous Queen Tamar” - faith symbol. Unclear. It’s before win as Georgia, so it’s not a victory. Maybe have more than x faith per turn?

Zulu - “Ibutho” - impi symbol. Maximize flanking bonus?

Maphuche -“Reverse colonization” - Spain symbol. Gain a Spanish city by loyalty game?

Mongols - “Buying your Deels and Listening to your throat singing” - Full cultural influence a civ?

Dutch - “Triple seven” - City symbol. Three cities with maximum promoted governors?

Korea - “Advanced seminar in astrophysics” - spaceport symbol. Win science victory?

Chandragupta - “I thought we moved past this joke” - nuke symbol. Nuke a city?

Scotland - “Mulligan” - golf course symbol. Build a golf course?

Also, a few existing leaders have new unique achievements

England - “No taxation without representation” - revolting city icon. Lose a city from loyalty?

France - “Darkest Queen” - Maybe a governement building? Build an intelligence agency?

Sumeria - “Bromance” - Alliance symbol. Maximize alliance?

I hope your guess is right because that fit my playstyle, I'll probably get it without trying.

Holy Righteous Queen Tamar:
As Tamar, have every city-state in the game following the religion you founded

Elcano's Revenge:
Be the first player to circumnavigate the world after Ferdinand Magellan has been recruited by another player

I'm going to break the wheel:
Earn three Golden Ages in a row

These are the ones I got so far, no idea about the others.

It`s obviously broken as it triggered when I converted my first city-state...

I wonder if it was intentional that the R&F achievements are hidden?

If it wasn't, and they get made visible at some point in the future, I actually hope that Firaxis perhaps makes two or three hidden achievements for all DLC's and expansions going forward. If they were to give them names that reference obscure historical events, it could be fun for us on the forums to puzzle out how to recreate a specific historical battle or whatever using Civ game mechanics :D

Ah, i actually meant the achievement itself can only be achieved by chance. Cos you can’t really control how fast AI gets admiral. Or is it a way to game it ?

Not if you know the history if the first circumnavigation. Magellan died in the Philippines and Elcano was the spanish captain that actually completed the voyage.

Why “Die another Day”? Bond doesn’t kill a governor in that movie, he kills a Korean colonel/businessman. Shouldn’t it be “Live and Let Die” since Bond kills the Military Governor of San Monique? Also Die Another Day was awful.
