A new roman animated LH:king: . Good for the emperor Trajan.

It use Shaka animation.

Gave me quite a start when i saw him... he's not someone i'd want to meet in a drak alley...
 
The head is much improved since the last time I saw this design several months back. The armor is also quite good, and different enough from the other Romans to stand out. My one major suggestion would be changing the painted-on tunic. In fact, how would it look with a very low-cut collar just above the armor line? The arms look fine, but the neck's texture is just too skin-like to work for clothing. Keep it up though.

I'm not seeing anything though, the "xml/Custom Leaders/Trajan" is ware all the files are located because I'm making a module, I'm using the Shaka animation from its original pathway. Any idea what the problem is?

Your noShaderNif should be pointed to the shaka_noshader.nif but if your video cart can handle the shaders that is not the problem. You should try to copy Shaka's animation in your folder, when I tested it the animations was in the same folder than the mesh and skin.
 
I was wondering if you fancy doing a reskinnedversion, just with the armour darker and less shiny. So it looks like cloth rather than armour? If so, would look excellent in my new mod! :)

Its The Flavour Mod, kind of a spoofy-fantasy mod thats a bit more light-hearted than others.

Hes gunna be the leader of Underlings Anonymous (civ), known only as DC74112.

Underlings Anonymous promotes the well-being of its subjects through such stress-releasing projects as Happy circles, arts and crafts time, and world-domination attempts. It is common that members of the UA are encouraged to name cities after their feelings or emotions at the time, as a method of unwinding and calming after a hard day tagging behind their masters. UA member DC74112 is particularly known for his semi-successful world domination attempts in the past, and at recent meetings expressed his wish to resume his attempts in the near future...

If you would do the reskin u would make me a happy modder! :)

Ok I got it working Kinda - The non-shader nif (as usual) doesn't include much of the modifications. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like. I really do need to invest in a new video card soon as 90% of custom leaderhead creators seem to intentionally or unwittingly create LH's which don't work for me.

PS. The skin around the lips, nose and eyebrows needs smoothing out, it looks I don't know 'lumpy'. I'll try to polish off the XML portion of the module and have some other folks test it to see if it shows up for other people.

Your video card do not work with the shader version of the model. The armor use shaders (I tought I made a non shader version, but i'm wrong).

I'll recreate a non shader version.
