I've pretty much decided I want to do it on chess.com, it's just a superior site in just about every way.

Also, it allows double round-robin tournies which will be much, much faster than the Swiss system style.

I figure we could do it like we did the 1st annual tourney. Four groups of five or six in a double-round-robin & the top two from each division go into the finals.

Another advantage of chess.com is that it auto-flags people who run out of time which will move things along must quicker. Like QA it does allow vacation (up to 30 days per year spread out in any way you like) so this shouldn't be a problem.

Poll on the way. :)

I would prefer to play on chess.com. I like it better. :)

EDIT: Conditional moves FTW!

I'll play on chess.com cause that's the only place i'm registered. I seem to be pretty chanceless against players with a rating >1700 though, but that will hopefully change once I play better players mor often :)

I'd rather stick with QA, since I already have an account there. But if you guys switch to Chess.com, I'd probably move with you all, unless I really hated the format.

I prefer the format too. The "analysis board" (available from the moves list) is superior to QueenAlice's "think" mode in that it won't let you make illegal moves or move for the same side twice by accident).
