I guess that you don't know several of them, so I'll give you some information about them:
01 - Platinum. Platinum is probably best known for its use in jewelry, but platinum also serve as catalysts in chemical and petroleum refining processes. Platinum is frequently a component in equipment for the electronics and communications industries (satellites, .
In the Second World War Stalin sent 2.400 Kg of platinum, which was a strategic resource for the german war industry, to Hitler by virtue of the Treaty Molotov-Von Ribbentrop. It was a strategic resource during the Cold War too.
02 - Copper. Strategic resource for motors and chemical industries.
03 & 04 - Tin. Tin-plated steel containers are widely used for food. It is very important to the war logistic.
05 - Magnesium. It is used to produce incendiary bombs (It was like the napalm). Germany was the main producter, but after the Second World War, the production of magnesium was prohibited in Germany. It could be a good strategic resource for bombers (He-111, Do-17...)
06 - Nickel. It is necessary to produce stainless steel. It is a strategic resource for shipbuilding (in screws, for example) and for planes. An alloy of nickel was used to produce the Me-109. Germany had to buy large quantities of nickel from Petsamo (Finland).
The graphic could be chromium too, because it has a similar appearance and it is used in the same alloys.
07 - Titanium. High technology vehicles are built with titanium (wheels, for example). It was a strategic mineral during the Cold War.
08 - Cobalt. Another strategic mineral during the Cold War. Missils, nuclear reactors...
09 - Tungsten (wolfram in Europe). Tungsten is widely used in light bulbs, but it was necessary to produce the bullets of the Jagdpanzer, because it was harder than the molybdenum. Germany had to buy it from Spain and Portugal.
10 - Rice.
11 & 12 - Champagne in France, cava in Spain, Sekt in Germany...
13 - Diamonds. It isn't a new resource. I've just modified it a bit.
14 - Bananas.
15 - Soja bean. In 1932 Japan invaded China and created a new state in the north of China called Manchukuo. The important fields of soja bean of this territory were very important for the japanese economy. When the Second World War began, Japan sent 1.000.000 Tn of soja bean to Germany throught Russia.
16 - Caviar. I love caviar, but I'm not rich. It's a pity!
17 & 18 - Barley. It is used in the production of beer

but I use it like a strategic resource in my medieval scenarios, because it was necessary to feed horses.
19 - Olive oil.
20 - Onions.
21 - Cork. It is very necessary in the wine industry.
22 - Tomatos.
23 - Lentils
24 - Hare. Do you like Albert Dürer?
25 & 26 - Almonds. It is a very important export product in Spain. I use it in my Spanish Civil War scenario.
27 - Sugar beet. It is used to produce sugar in France, Germany, Ukraine,Russia...
28 - Esparto. In the Ancient World it was used to build ships. The main source of esparto in the Mediterranean was Carthago Nova.
29 - Papyrus. Shipbuilding, food, libraries...
30 - Garum. It was a famous product in the Ancient World. It was a sauce made with rotten fish and a lot of salt. From our point of view it is disgusting, but Romans loved it. The main sources of garum were Byzantium, Malaka, Sexi, Cartagho Nova and above all Gadir (Cadiz).
31 - Lobster. Canada, E.U.A., United Kingdom, France and Ireland are the main producters.
32 - Caucho.
33 - Quinine. It was a strategic product in the Second World War because it was necessary to the war in the jungle. When Japan invaded Java, the main source of quinine in the world, the United States of America had to produce quinine in other countries, like Panama.
34 - Tourism. It is very importar nowadays.
35 - Wild boar.
36 - Bear.
37 - Peas. It was very important in the medieval ages in the zone of Paris.
38 - Oranges. On of the main export products in countries like Spain, Brazil or Israel.
39 - Cocoa.
40 - Wheat.
41 - Tulips. In Holland the bussiness with the tulips were very important in the XVII century. Merchant speculated with their price so they were a very expensive product.
