I'll try to make this, though I am not making any promises :)

Anyway, here is the wip of the west euro industrial set, which is based on victorian Britain:

This is looking nice - and the best is: Here the size 2 and 3 cities historically don´t need city walls any longer. :)

May be the funnels could become a little bit more dominant and some other early industrial buildings like gas holders and oil storages could be added. But this is only a thought. It´s great that you are creating industrial cities again.

The St Paul Building is Nice but the current Metro Building looks Very Good with the Contrasting materials and Roof that is keeping with the other buildings. The St Paul Building may "wash Out" by comparison.
...of course in the end you should make what you like best.

Some of the buildings don't look that good - and the textures aren't final, there will be some coordination effect with wall and roof tone by the end, as happened with the medieval western set...
While I like the Radcliffe Camera* as the centerpiece of #2 (as it currently is), if St Paul is in #3 then I may move the Camera to be the lower main piece in #2, which will also mean some rearranging of the factories. We will see. (if St Paul is in 3, the Camera may create a problem in the center, cause it also has a large dome).

I am sure you will create what looks Best. I certainly like the Contrast and Textures as at Civ Scale, they Greatly Help Realism.

Kyriakos, the structure including the national gallery and St Paul could be a good base for the size 3 city. I like the 'not-so-redish' colouring better, as the early industrial British cities had the reputation to be dark, foggy and dirty (of course - may be with the exception foggy - this was true for early industrial cities of other civs, too).

Kyriakos... I like the Top image in Post #10 as it has nice Color and Contrast. If mostly light Colors, the City Structures blend together.
I also basically agree with Civinator concerning the National Gallery, St Paul and not so reddish coloring to be more fitting.

Thank you both, although I think I will try to make some second set and see if it can help me fix things with this one. Anyway, five sets will take a while ^_^
Btw, the actual form of the set (the overall geometrical shape, particularly seen from the protruding points in its edges) is currently imo rather lame. A few buildings are ok, though.

Not seeing exactly what you see there... is it the tight spacing of the structures or something else?

Probably some esoteric issue, eg their length doesn't correspond to some unknown personal Godelization numbering system I use without being aware of it, or other stuff like that
In other words, when I compare them to the other sets, they just seem to be off. Anyway, I also created a colliery, and will take a break from the set for a while, to refocus.
