-50 for Barbarians

I've allways wondered how I can eliminate these minus points in my game? No matter how I kill barbarians I allways get -50 points at the end.

The point value is fixed from the start of the game based on the difficulty level you choose for them (huts versus raging hordes). It has nothing to do with how many you kill during the game.
