Geothermal Power Plant
I really liked the volcano resource by mrtn and had an idea of a power plant dependent on it. So this one requires volcano resource inside city borders and improves city production.
The graphics are a cut'n'paste job this time. I've modified them somewhat but I can't claim much credit for this.
I've included the mrtn's volcano resource in the package if you wish to use this one in the way described above.
Edit: With the current PTW editor, it has to be a small wonder in order for it to be possible that the volcano has to be inside city borders.
Edit 2: And the volcano has to be a strategic resource. In the end, I decided not to scrap the whole building from my mod, too much hassle.
